Here's a list of potentially harmful files Defender thinks could be suspicious. In a lot of cases the scan will pick up harmless files, but in some cases you may wish to remove files that look suspicious.

    Sir, I deactivated all the plugins in my website through troubleshoot and activated and scanned only Word fence plugin, still the same error is coming. After that I deactivated Word fence plugin and checked with Defender scanner plugin but it is also showing Malware Effected files. I do not understand anything what should I do.
