If you don’t see the settings page, something in the installation may have gone wrong. Maybe a compatibility issue with wordpress 3.1?

Have you looked at https://www.mofuse.com/ ? I used it once to do a mobile version of my site. It used to be free and I am not sure whether they charge now.

Do you mean that the comments are not attached to the correct post? If that is what you mean, where do they appear instead?

Do you want to use ID numbers instead of category names?

have you tried to deactivate all plugins? Can you embed the link with all plugins disabled?

Can you please describe what isn’t working for the plugin? Did the installation fail? Any error messages?
