@blueblue5 we disabled the plugin because all of the cancelled orders turned out to be from Google. They test your site with these orders, and if you block them there is a chance of them suspending your merchant account. Besides the Google test orders, we had no other repeat offenders to block so we did not require the plugin.

Turns out, cancelled orders from “johnsmith” and storebotmail.joonix.net domain are from Google! Don’t block them, apparently it could lead to having your merchant account suspended, and you won’t be able to advertise.

I am also ready for a different accordion FAQ plugin. My site is too slow to wait around for disabling the Helpie-FAQ plugin every time I need to edit a page with boldgrid.

Yep, I get the same symptom, Add Block does not open the block interface.

Thanks for entering the issue. Maybe its something the Helpie FAQ folks can address. Please ask your engineers to give them any tips if they have ideas of how to work around this.

Thank you for the quick reply! I believe that despite the Post and Page Builder being selected, the Boldgrid functionality is not present. A quick sign of trouble is the missing device view icons (large view, desktop, tablet, phone), and clicking the Add Block button does nothing. However, the Add Media button brings up the expected interface.
In addition to changing the default editor settings, I tried switching to WordPress Editor and back to Boldgrid but it doesn’t fix it.

It also appears that the product search won’t find “Private” products. This makes it difficult to setup and test without a sandbox instance of your site. It would also be great if the promotional product could be a private or hidden item since in my case its not something that can be ordered separately.
Edit: I made the promotional item public and the plug-in finds it when hidden. Great!
