Hi @milossh !

You should be able to change the button label by updating the widget settings within Zendesk Support or Chat.

You can do so either here:

or here:
https://(yourzendesksubdomain).zendesk.com/chat/agent#widget/appearance

This plugin is owned and maintained by Zendesk, however we are not adding features at this point.
We will be investigating what it will take to add PHP 7.2 compatibility.

Do you mean SSO? Have you installed any plugins that also interacts with the login mechanisms? that might interfere with the Zendesk Support plugin

A fix has made it out that resolves issues with the TLS connection to the Zendesk API.

Please verify that version 1.7.2 fixes this issue for you.

Hi, can you check the following in your Zendesk settings:

1. Check that password access is enabled in your API settings

Settings (Gear button) -> API -> Settings -> Password Access.

2. Check that Two-Factor isn’t enabled for your Zendesk Account, as the wordpress extension currently does not support 2FA.

If either of this doesn’t work, would you be able to try performing the following troubleshooting steps:

There has been a recent change with how Zendesk’s API handles TLS connections and this may have caused some issues with accessing the API.

Hi, Marin. Api password access needs to be enabled for the plugin to work. Try checking https://subdomain.zendesk.com/agent/admin/api/settings if password access is enabled.

Currently the plugin does not support this yet, But this can be probably done using the Zendesk api, or creating Target and triggers in Zendesk
