Seems like it was ip location issue. Try now it works flawless now.

WordPress will only allow you to install at widget locations. If you want it at any arbitrary location go to https://weatherfor.us/ and there is a panel down there to generate code.

Have you downloaded the plugin again? I’ve updated the code since your reported me the bug and checked it out again. Have you got that later version update to version 1.4.1.
