Same for me.
I have set up the email SMTP with Other SMTP and provided my hostings SMTP setting, the email test works fine but still my form doesn’t send any emails.
I have checked the Notification and it is {admin_email} which is also correct.
WP ver 5.7
Teste on 1.6.4 1.6.5 1.6.6
