Hi,
I have exactly the same problem ; unregistred members don’t get any info after submitting the form. It creates a new user, and the booking is registereg in the backoffice, but no email is sent to the user.

I tried without other plugins, with another theme : the problem remains. Any news ?

Unfortunately, same problem : it disappeared !

So i use alfie

But i prefer this one… I think that perhaps there’s a WOEID issue, as in alfie the working one is only made of numbers, and here only a version with letters works (not the version i use with alfie…)sometimes.
