In reply to: Boldy theme portfolioNo problem. That option isn’t the most obvious. It wasn’t until I went into the php code, line 12 that I figured it out myself. And I’m using the theme.

In reply to: Boldy theme portfolioOk, in the end pretty simple. Under the boldy options, you need to choose your portfolio category. Once I did this, it started working.

In reply to: Boldy theme portfolioHi Albert, Not entirely sure, however the Boldy theme has the prettyPhoto built in thus you should not need to install the plugin separately. I would try to deactivate the plugin and see if the problem still exists.

In reply to: Boldy theme portfolioThanks John. I created the home box pages and then used the WP created links for these in the boldy theme options. For the slider, I used firefox add-on Web Developer to tell me how large the slideshow images were and then created my slideshow images to this size and again, created a page with all the images and then used the WP created link in the boldy theme options.

In reply to: Boldy theme portfolioThanks and I have it working as indicated in the documentation. However, what I’m trying to do is use more of the prettyphoto functionality, such as the gallery function.
In the portfolio, I want to add a section for photo restorations. I want a single “thumbnail” in the portfolio, that when clicked, will bring up a prettyphoto gallery containing two images—before and after.
Thod24 – to set up the portfolio, create a post category called Portfolio. Then create subcategories with this as it’s parent category. That’s pretty much the simplicity. You can email me at rikard(at)zevendesign.com if you’re still having problems with it.
