    For the curious: We released version 1.1.8 of our Metaverse Web Showcase the other day, which fixed this “Error creating an asset” issue.

    If you are seeing this issue on your own WordPress installation, please update your Web Showcase plugin to the latest version.

    Hi ceoiexperts360! Thanks for surfacing your issue here.

    You’ll see “Error creating an asset” when the plugin can’t, for some reason, create the HTML file that will serve as the Showcase iframe source. In other words, something about your WordPress installation is preventing a new file from being generated within your installation’s filesystem.

    If you try to instantiate a Web Showcase block without changing any of the content, do you still see the same error?

    Are you self-hosting this WordPress installation, or is some other vendor hosting your WordPress installation?

    My apologies for missing this support request on the forum – we’re not used to fielding support requests here. ??
