Of course I used new url to login. I can login but no access right to admin panel.
After I changed bd prefix by random, I cannot login. I check the db name and set prefix in config file. But it does not work. It seems the admin have no right to new database.
The .htaccess restore instruction does not work for me. I changed db prefix back to wp_ then it works.
Also if you allow visitors login and register you cannot set custom URL, otherwise you will meet 404 error.
