I have visited the site :?https://www.hypertrophycoach.com/ home page is working , The issue might be that Login Page Styler has a Tab Login Protected open it there is an option Enable Login Protected Site turn it off if its on, Or Block page access option in the same tab remove homepage from that .

Disable hide login error message from the plugin.

This error occurs when you put wrong site or secret key for google reCaptcha.
Login In to cpannel and remove the plugin you will be able to login back .

Before hitting insert into post see above you will find a File URL button hit it and then hit insert into post .

No the plugin doesn’t support regularly maintenance mode, at set time.

But the plugin support automatically deactivation after the set time.
