Hey! This is actually a pretty easy fix.
I know it sounds weird but you have to make another page to act as the ‘home’ for your blog. You could just name it Blog, or whatever you want to call that space on your site.
When you go to customize your site, set the static page as whatever you want your homepage to be, it will ask what to use for your posts. Just tell it the Blog page in that dropdown.
