In reply to: [GTmetrix for WordPress] Tests are always scheduled to past datesIn my case it was a problem of Plesk after deinstallation of a Plesk feature, that prevents the successful run of different cron jobs. After fixing that the scheduled GTmetrix tests start to run …
Hi Shadi,
thanks for the prompt response and your plausible explanations!
Hint
It would be great for user experience to render the information text and links only if the services are available. For example
Wunschzeit: Lieferung im gewünschten Zeitfenster ?
Für diesen Service f?llt ein Aufpreis in H?he von 4,80 € inkl. MwSt. an.*Again, many thanks for your clarification!
Status: RESOLVEDGreetings from Germany,
Ralf.Hello Shadi,
yes, but that’s not the case.
I’ve checked the country of the order (Deutschland) and the country of the WooCommerce settings (Deutschland).
I’ve fixed the problem for me by copying the billing address into the shipping address in the order edit form. The customer didn’t create a differing shipping address (billing address == shipping address).
Now the DHL product “DHL Paket” is available.
I think the behaviour of the WooCommerce shop has been changed. If the shipping address is absent, the billing address is the shipping address. But currently, the shop doesn’t consider this. The billing address will not be transferred into the shipping address automatically.
Thank you for your help, I know now what’s to do in this case.
Cheers,

In reply to: [Google Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Google not pulling opt insHello,
for me, it’s running. The received opt-ins are displayed now on Google Merchant Center … with a delay of 4-5 days.
So everything works with this plugin!

In reply to: [Google Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Google not pulling opt insHello,
the exact same problem on my site.
I’ve setup the plugin, made several test purchases in the WooCommerce shop, checked the javascript code generated in the “Thank you” page (see below) compared to https://merchants.google.com/mc/customerreviews/configuration.
I can’t find any error, but at the Google Merchant Center (https://merchants.google.com/mc/customerreviews/overview) no data will be received for “Survey opt-ins received”.
Generated JavaScript code
<script src="https://apis.google.com/js/platform.js?onload=renderOptIn" async defer> </script> <script> window.renderOptIn = function() { window.gapi.load('surveyoptin', function() { window.gapi.surveyoptin.render({ "merchant_id": 123456789, "order_id": "1234", "email": "[email protected]", "delivery_country": "DE", "estimated_delivery_date": "2019-01-31", "opt_in_style": "CENTER_DIALOG", }); }); } </script>
Any suggestions to get it run?

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] Empty feed listHello Michel,
after the update of the plugin “WooCommerce Product Feed” Version 2.2.10 of WebAppick to version 2.2.12 the conflict doesn’t exist anymore.
Thank you so much for your support, it was not a problem of your plugin.

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] Empty feed listHello Michel,
many thanks for your fast response ??
That was a helpful hint to analyze the browser console log entries. If I open the “WP Product Feed Manager” admin page to list all feeds, I get the following errors:
admin.php?page=wp-product-feed-manager:1356 GET https://nelas.de/wp-content/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/admin/js/selectize.min.js?ver=2.2.10 net::ERR_ABORTED
admin.php?page=wp-product-feed-manager:65 GET https://nelas.de/wp-content/plugins/webappick-product-feed-for-woocommerce/admin/css/selectize.css?ver=2.2.10 net::ERR_ABORTEDSo it looks for components of another feed plugin (“WooCommerce Product Feed” Version 2.2.10 of WebAppick) I’ve installed too.
After deactivation of this conflicting plugin, the feed of your plugin is back ??
I see, that at this moment an update of the conflicting plugin is available. I will install it and verify the conflict still exists.
With kind regards,
Ralf.- This reply was modified 6 years, 7 months ago by zim68.
Bad Google ??

In reply to: [Google Customer Reviews for WooCommerce] Product RatingHi,
I have the same problem of missing GTINs for our products.
We are manufacture our own products, so there is no GTIN. Googles fallback strategy is the use of a combination of MPN and Brand. With this combination our products are registered in the Google Merchant center. We are using another review platform (Trusted Shops), that implements the functionality of product reviews based on the MPN + Brand combination too.
Will you provide this option soon?
Sincerely,

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Working with WP-Rocket?Yes, both work together, but you can’t use all of the WP Rocket functions.
I have the following setup:
– WP Rocket (incl. Cloudflare support)
– Plugin Organizer
– Clearfy (incl. Assets Manager support)I have different plugin setups for the
– shop sites versus admin sites
– page sites
– product sites
– homepage
– landing pages
– contact siteadditionally finetuned with Assets Manager (JS and CSS files incl/excl).
The only thing I couldn’t use is the WP Rocket feature to combine JS and CSS files into fewer files, because every page has a different setup and so every page would have a different set of combined JS and CSS files with different combined content. As a summary the user would load the same JS and CSS sources multiple times in different combined JS and CSS files.
But that’s no problem for me to dectivate this feature, because the WP Rocket team doesn’t recommend this for a HTTP/2 enabled server anyway (https://docs.wp-rocket.me/article/1009-configuration-for-http-2).
Another feature I had to disable was the options -?Render-blocking“ CSS/JS-, but I think that’s a problem of the used plugins on my site.
Everything else works great!

In reply to: [Plugin Organizer] Plugin Filter I set up no longer worksMy shop was affected by the same issue reported by Gina.
The solution was to reactivate the option “selective plugin loading” suggested by Jeff. After the plugin update last week this option has been disabled.
Many thanks for your hint!
Hello Alexander,
thanks for your response.
By the way, did you tried our Clearfy plugin?
Yes indeed, that’s the plugin I use.
But I decided to post my question here, because it’s an aspect of the “Assets Manager” plugin, which is a part of the “Clearfy” plugin. (I know, you know that ?? )Thanks again for the good work,
Ralf.Hi CParris,
thanks for your response and yes, you’re right ??
The theme assets can’t be controlled by the “Plugin Organizer”.Another point is the ability to control the load of several JS or CSS files of a single plugin, like WooCommerce. So a fine tuning of a page is possible this way.
Sometimes you have to “talk” about things to get a better understanding.
Thanks a lot for your efforts.Sincerely,

In reply to: [WooCommerce Google Feed Manager] Invalid attribute: multipackHi Auke,
thanks for your reply and sorry, I was a little bit confused about the two product feed plugins I’m currently using.
So, after a cool-headed analysis I’ve find out, that I’m using your plugin for the Google product feed. And so, your solution is my solution! ??
Thanks in advance for the prompt support, all is running fine now again.
Sincerely,
Ralf.
