Let me explain the issue once more.
The site was built from the very begining using the Neve Theme. Till version 3.4 update, there us no issue with the site layout and structure as built. However, the moment we update the Neve Theme to any on the new versions beyond version 3.4, the entire site look and feel goes for a toss.

We tried to figure out what the issue was by checking if there are any conflicts with the installed plugins. None were found. So we ultimately had to revert back to the Neve theme version 3.4.0.

The primary issue is that we are not able to update the theme to the current version as it completely distorts the site layout, fonts, etc.

Kindly advise.

The issue is still not resolved. I have reverted back to version 3.6.6 as guided by ucsendre (@ucsendre).

I think the issue could be due to a conflict with another plugin (that is my assumption). For the time being, I will stick with version 3.6.6 as it is working fine till you are able to find a solution to the problem.
