Indeed, subscribers are not synchronised, only WP admins as osTicket admins and WP editors as osTicket staff. Sorry, I should have explained that.

The PHP version message should read 5.3. Will fix this.

For the upgrade message, go to the Integration page and click on Update.

We’ll make sure to include fixes for these issues in version 1.2.5.

If you register a new user on your blog, it should appear there. Can you try that?

Can you try and turn off the Knowledgebase pretty permalinks in WHMCS, that’s probably causing the issue.
Is your WHMCS install a subdirectory of your WP install?

That’s indeed how the integration works.

You’ll see on the integration page “The following WordPress users are active osTicket users” and then a list of users. Does that make sense?

Where is your WHMCS integration page, the whmcs link in the menu goes to a 404 page …?

OK, got it now!

It has now been fixed in version 1.2.3, please try with that version and let us know how it goes.

The plugin creates a page called ‘Tickets”, this is the front end page for the user where they can log new tickets, view existing ones, etc.

Will be fixed in 1.3.0, due out within the next week.

Can you please try with our latest version 1.2.2, some users reported similar issues as yours on a previous version.

It’s not necessary to install ostickets since the latest stable version is included in the plugin. It’ll be installed automatically when you activate the plugin.

Can you check the log.txt file that is located in the plugins directory and post it’s content?
