It appears the web host blocked my IP since scanning the files must cause many hits from my IP?
Gained access through a VPN now and noticed that all plugins are deactivated.
The plugins folder was renamed to “plugins-renamed”.
Is this something your plugin would do, or do I need to look further for the cause of this?

My issues were occurring on:
OS: windows 7 home edition – service pack 1
Browser: Version 40.0.2214.115 m

Unfortunately none of the fixes worked for me. I ended up changing themes back to default twenty fifteen and the bug was fixed straight away.

I was thinking the admin login top too, but I also can’t scroll when logged out, or even when I use incognito window as an anonymous visitor…

This is strange that it is only occurring on our own devices.

Do you have a link to your site?

Do you have any extensions running in chrome?

I am having issues where I can’t scroll at all on my own website using zerif-lite. This has only occurred since latest update.

It is only occurring on my PC while using chrome.

I found a quicker fix for this problem if anyone is interested.

In header.php go to line 95 where there is a long if statement to check if the featured thumbnail is big enough to be a header image.

Simply add a condition into the if statement that is always false.

I used: && 1==2

This makes the page think the featured image is never acceptable to be used as a header, so it just keeps your original header image.
