Hi,

I am unable to replicate your issue.

I am on the website and am able to see the Zip marketing assets, add products to the cart, and the Zip payment option is available at checkout without being signed in to anything.

If you can send a screenshot of the issue (and brief description) to [email protected] one of our engineers will be able to assist you further.

I am unsure what you are referring to?

Do you mean logged in to the website customer account, or to the Zip account?

Upon selecting Zip as the payment method, the customer is then required to log in to their Zip account to confirm the transaction.

The customer should not need to be logged in to any other account to process a transaction.

Thank you for reaching out.

Within the configuration section of our plugin, there is a section with marketing widgets and banners. Within this section there is the option to enable banners for different areas of your website.

If you wish to add a banner to an area not available in this option, this would need to manually be placed in the correct spot.

I just had a flick through https://ashleydouglas.com.au and am able to see Zip as a payment option and I am able to select Zip and move through the checkout flow.

Unfortunately we have not been able to resolve these issues yet as we have had other, more urgent work that required our plugin teams resources.

We are however very aware of this issue and have included this as part of a bigger piece of work we are currently planning for our woo extension, which is due to be completed in the coming months.

Sorry for the delay in updating the compatibility.

We have tested our extension with the latest wordpress 5.1.1 and woocommerce 3.6.2 and it is all working correctly.

The plugin definitely is working however there may be a number of potential causes of the error you received.

If you are able to email through the ZipMoney logs to [email protected]

One of our engineers will be able to assist with troubleshooting this for you asap.

The way our assets currently are positioned are for the Tagline to appear under the price and the Widget to appear under the add to cart button.

This decision has been made by our product and marketing teams, however you mention that this is causing an issue on your site?

Are you able to provide me the URL where the issue was being experienced so I can forward this to our Product team highlight this issue?

The Zip plugin is free to download and install.

To be able to accept Zip as a payment method, you will first need to apply for a Zip partner account. You can begin your sign up or contact our sales team at https://zip.co/im-a-business

There is a Merchant Service Fee to accept Zip as a payment method however this can vary based on your business circumstances.

Our sales team will be able to go through this in more detail with you.
