anyone ? ideas ? for WP 4.3.1 Twenty Eleven theme

— how to make it that you have to log in / enter password at each visit of a password protected page

—– and as the program is… how long does it take to expire

i’m having a hard time finding things that are compatible with WP 4.3.1 (twenty eleven theme)

i have found a few things to change on the theme’s functions, wp-pass.php, wp-login.php, etc… about cookies and expiration…etc..
but they are all 2-3 years old…

and they say it will go away once the site is updated again.

i don’t have programming skills, so i’m super scared to go changing the programming without knowing more details of what to put and where…

any other ideas ?

this password protected page… i want people to be able to use the same password, each time they log in, the problem now… is you visit the page, log in, then come back later, and there is still access to that page without having to enter log in info again…. so if they were on a public computer etc… other people would have access to it…
i’m not even sure how long it is set now before it expires…
(not sure if i’m using the correct language here…)

i am trying to set up a new website. I had difficulties trying to figure out joomla, so i thought i would try wordpress.
