    Appreciated, if you could check whether any other plugins which are present in WordPress are overwriting the ‘wp_mail’ functionality by disabling them all and only using the Zoho Mail WordPress plugin.`

    In general, the “Invalid From Address” error message will be thrown when the email account for which the Client ID and Client Secret generated differs from the From Address that has been provided on the plugin configuration page.

    So, please make sure to enter the From Address as the same for which you are generating the Client ID and Secret.

    If the issue persists, share a screenshot of the configuration page in an email to support(AT)zohomail(DOT)com for further analysis.

    This error usually occurs when the From email address is not added as an alias in the account you used for generating the client id and client secret. Please cross check and try to configure again.

    If the issue persists, share a screenshot of the configuration page in an email to support(AT)zohomail(DOT)com for further analysis.

    Yes! It is the intended behaviour. When a plugin is inactive, we will not preserve the data.
