Under General settings, Amount limits set it as Minimum and Amount types set it as Quantity

Secondly, go to the Amounts tab and set the Min quantity as 5

This will apply to all your products, variations, and categories.

This could be possible. You can set up shipping zones according to your distances and minimum amounts according to shipping zones. You can test this using the free version of our plugin.

Under General settings, set the relevant amount limits (probably minimum in your case) and amount types as sum.

Secondly in the Shipping tab, Enable the section, under Type select Per shipping Zone save the settings and then enter the minimum amount for each shipping zone.

There are 2 ways in which you could exclude gift cards from the minimum requirement.

To set the minimum order amount as $75 in the plugin settings

i.e WooCommerce > Settings > Order min/max Amount

General tab > Amount limits as Minimum and Amount types as sum

Amounts tab set the minimum sum as $75.

Here are the 2 ways:

Products Tab enable the Per product option and the Per product category option.

Edit the gift card product and set the minimum amount as -1 or 1

or

Edit the product category of the gift cards and set the minimum amount as -1 or 1.

We have tested the shortcode thoroughly on various WordPress installations and can confirm it is working. I would have requested for access to your WordPress dashboard if you had a live site to find out more about the error, but I see you are using a local installation.
