There are a couple of options that you can configure to fix this. In the plugin’s settings

General > Redirect on Success > Do not redirect
General > Redirect on Failure > Enable the Redirect on Failure option (You can leave the custom redirect URL blank)
Blocking > Log out unverified users > Enable Log out unverified users on every page

Actually, the mini cart referred to in the plugin’s settings, is the default WooCommerce Mini cart that is usually an icon in the menu.

For Elementor, I would recommend you use the shortcode.

Unfortunately, I am unable to reproduce the error on our end. Can you please make sure you are using the latest version of the plugin and let me know if the error persists.

Just one question, did you use the Amount types as Sum, and Did you set a sum for all products or did you use the Per product option?

Also can you track down the IPs from where these spam registrations are coming and possibly block them, if they are coming from say the same IP or same range of IPs?

You could create different shipping zones for different zip codes. Then use the Manual Min Amount tab in the plugin’s settings and add the different shipping zones there. You can then set different amounts for each shipping zone.
