We tested with the structure theme Tumble, available at:

and could not reproduce the bugs you described.
What specific theme from the Structure theme collection are you using?
Can you please describe the bugs more specifically?
We will do our best to make sure our plug-in runs flawlessly with all the Structure themes, which are very popular.
