Kindly, check on the 3 dashes on the top-left corner of the editor and select Zoho Forms under the ‘Block Navigation’ section. Now, click on ‘Remove Block’ on the bottom.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

This was caused due to an issue on our end. This was specific with WordPress version 5.3. We have now fixed the same and the fix is now live.

Hi,

Greetings from Zoho Forms.

When you embed the form on a WordPress website, there would be 2 options for the embedding. One using the ‘Access Form’ option and the other one is using the ‘Embed using perma URL’. If you wish to use the ‘Access Form’ option, you’ll have to login to Zoho Forms and then use this option to embed the form on your WordPress website.

Also once the Plugin is activated, you could use the Short code option to embed the form on your WordPress Site as stated below:

[zohoForms src=FormPublicURL width=100% height=600px] (In order to obtain the Form’s Public URL navigate to the ‘Share’ tab and copy the Form’s Permalink).

Divi 3 is not an official editor of WordPress due to which we have not supported our plugin for this editor.

However, we do support the short code option. You could follow the below syntax to embed the same on your page:

[zohoForms src=<public link> width=100% height=600px/]

where ‘<public link>’ should be replaced with the form’s public link.

Please be informed that you could use our Zoho Forms plugin in WordPress to embed the form. However, in the updated version of WordPress (5.0 and above), the plugin is not supported in the editor mode.

Also, once the Plugin is activated, you could use the Short code option to embed the form on your WordPress Site. Please be informed that we do have plans to provide support to embed the form using the Plugin through the Editor in WordPress 5.0 and we will keep you posted on the same.

Once a form is submitted, the collected information would be stored on our end. If you wish to push this information to your website, you could use the webhooks option to achieve the same.
