Okay thats reassuring. I am a business owner and understand that circumstances may change the process. I will be more than happy to continue using Registration magic if you guys can simply update it to make usable on latest wordpress. Also, please do not let your great support deteriorate to outright ignoring the customers for days. It will only cause backlash because you guys have set the expectations bar high in the past.
Okay, I am proper fuming now. I will be revising my review about your product, that I rated 5 star years back, and request paypal team to refund the payment I made. Shame to see your fall from grace and deterioration of customer services.
See, that is what I am talking about. This is getting irritating now. Don’t you think its necessary to reply before making me wait for 3 days and firing at least one reminder; the whole customer “care” is a toast? This never used to be a problem earlier. I think I should abandon the product with this treatment. Please let me know if I will be eligible for refund of my yearly payment that I made in February.
Thank you for responding! I do appreciate your update. I never intended to give impression that I need more features. Registration Magic is more than enough for my needs, but it is the issues that were promised to be fixed that I am more worried about. And its good to know that you are the same team that always worked on the plugin. You have always been great to accept the problems that were to be fixed by your team, and better yet, actually delivered. Now, it has been more than a month that I have updated my wordpress to see Registration Magic struggling. I believe other people with Registration Magic may also have pointed this out to you. So, once again, I am just curious to know why the plugin was not ready for the new wordpress release as you always made sure. Failing that, why it is still a pending issue after so long.
Oh, it looks like your support response has started suffering too. I request metagauss/new company to restore the plugin’s original team to work for them. I do not want to be forced to look for alternatives and its a shame to see RegistrationMagic suffering.
