I went through the article you sent, but our boss didnt want to purchase any additional plugins for to get the tracking going, but I was able to find a solution where the tags trigger for clicks on all sub classes in a main class. So I gave the ad a class name, and then the tag tracks all clicks within that class container and its sub classes, if my explanation makes any sense.

I tried using incognito mode but still did not work, I then tried a different browser, and the settings were saved. so not sure if it’s something on my end or a chrome issue, as I only have a screenshot extension installed on chrome.

I deactivated all plugins except Compainz and used the Twenty Twenty Theme as suggested. Unfortunately it still doesn’t work. I have uploaded a screenshot for you https://postimg.cc/gXrJG5wS

I also reinstalled a fresh copy of WordPress to see if there might have been an issue but it does the same thing. The first few errors in the list, the admin.php error shows the following url (i just removed the actual domian name) https://developmentserverurl/wp-admin/admin.php?page=cmplz-wizard&step=2&section=4

Thank you for your reply, we have a lot of active subscribers on our mailing list, the error we are getting is not “No active subscribers were found” but “Did not find any valid lists.” it does not allow the link with Mailchimp to happen at all. The CSV export has been done already, but in the future, we would like the API integration to work, as we have forms we cant link to Mailpoet on other websites so we can then just update the list via the API (if this makes sense?)

No its different sites and different dashboards. For some reason, when I did example.com it works, now I want to install in on a new domian example2.com and i go throught the setup process it keeps showing example.com information on example2.com. These are two different sites and each needs to show that sites analytics.

so in other words when i log into site one I oly want to view site ones information, and when I log into site two I only want to see site twos information

Thank you for your response, I have contacted them but as this is a WordPress function they cant assist in this matter. I have found a solution tho. Creating a pseudo role for non-logged in users with the nav menu roles plugin.

The admin roles etc will should not be displayed in the dropdown box

The theme I bought luckily has an overwrite folder for WooCommerce I added the changed file in there with the same path. Thank you so much this worked perfectly.
