Add the tag [multifile-XXX] to the Mail > File Attachments box. The XXX will vary for your own form.

Did you add the [multifile-XXX] tag to the “Mail” – “File Attachments” box?
If not, then you will not receive the attachments, only an unlinked zip filename.
It’s in the documentation. I made the same mistake, but now it works.

It’s not very intuitive and hardly any casual user is going to figure that out. Glad to see you got it though. Maybe the author will take note.

Hey Joe:

Did you try doing the multi selection using the shift and control key combinations?
I too assumed that you select one file, then it allows you to add another and another and so on… however, it works by selecting multiple files when browsing the source folder. Try it that way.

Looks like the default location itself wasn’t working and it was reporting that there was a missing trailing slash /

I checked the “click to activate” box and entered the default path and now it works! Thanks! Love this plugin!

I am having the exact same issue. Plus the plugin does not seem to do anything when activated, no formatting changes. I opened a topic on this issue but cant find it anymore.

Steve, that is not the original post. I has posted earlier this week and the plugin author said he was going to check it out and get back to me. Now that post appears to be gone.

I’m still having problems with this – getting 4040 on every page load for /wp-content?/plugins?/bbp-style-pack?/css?/bspstyle.css?ver=4.6

The only file that resides in that directory is: styles.php, not bspstyle.css

If I click on the link to the file, it does exist, not sure why it is producing the 404.

I am having this exact issue on my site.
Every visit produces a 404 for this file: ?/wp-content?/plugins?/bbp-style-pack?/css?/bspstyle.css?ver=4.6

My site uses https

I am running the site through Cloudflare

If no resolution, guess I’ll have to disable plugin.
I am willing and able to try any fix you suggest.
