Can you please share the exact error log which you get. Navigate to WooCommerce > Status > Logs and find for the error logs and see if you get any fatal error with our plugins.

I checked the customer invoice email and tracking information is successfully added in the email.

Maybe you have conflict with some another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

Maybe Printful pass the shipping provider name that are different than the shipping provider names on the AST shipping providers list that’s why tracking link are blank.
