We fix the error and released the latest version of the plugin(3.5.1).
You can use the old version of the WooCommerce plugin with our plugin.
Please update with the latest version of the plugin and check again.

We checked in our development store but we can’t replicate this issue.
Can you please delete the tracking information from that order and add again the tracking information and check that still you get this warning?

Sure, you can use our features board to Suggest a Shipping Provider and you’ll get an email notification once there is an update about your request.
To change the shipping provider URL you will need to upgrade to AST Pro.
With AST Pro you can also create a custom shipping provider.

We updated the tracking URL of Yanwen to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

I checked the Yanwen tracking URL and I don’t see any issue with it.
The tracking URL is – https://track.yw56.com.cn/en/querydel and this is correct.
Users need to manually enter the tracking number to check the tracking details.

You can request this feature on our features board and get notified once this feature will be available.

Please deactivate all other plugins except AST and WooCommerce and check again.
ThanksMaybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again shipped email. If this solves the issue activate plugins one by one and see which plugin causes the conflict.
