We updated the Cyprus Post tracking provider link in our shipping provider list.
Please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

They added some token validation on the direct tracking link so we can’t use the direct link.

You will need to manually insert the tracking number again on this page to get the tracking information.

You will need to upgrade to AST PRO and map the shipping provider name.

In the WooCommerce orders list page actions panel we have the option to add tracking information from the actions panel.
So whatever order status you select in this “Add Tracking Order action” option, for that order status order you add tracking information directly from the orders list page.
