We checked this with our plugin but we can’t replicate this issue on our development store.
Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

We are already compatible with this plugin. Use the WC Hook component and select the “woocommerce_email_before_order_table” hook.

We can’t replicate any issue.
You are using any cache plugins in your store? Maybe there is a cache plugin issue.

To add the custom shipping provider you will need to use the AST PRO.

We added both shipping providers to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

I checked the Singapore – J&T Express link and it’s correct, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.
