Hi @eravinash,
We checked the “Rename the Completed Order status to Shipped” option with WooCommerce 7.0 but we can’t replicate any issue with it.
Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

We checked the UPS tracking link and it’s working fine.
Try adding tracking information manually on the order details page and check the tracking link.

You can use TrackShip For WooCommerce plugin to set the tracking page on your own store.

Sure, you can use our features board to Suggest a Shipping Provider and you’ll get an email notification once there is an update about your request.

We added the WEL to our default shipping provider list. Please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.
