Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and enable the shipping provider which you want to use.

You will get all the shipping providers that you eanble when add tracking details to order.

We added Smartr Logistics to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

We updated the tracking URL of DPD Ireland to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.

To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

Yes, we have an integration with WooCommerce Shipping in AST PRO so when you generate the shipping label from WooCommerce orders tracking information will automatically be added to the order and the customer gets an email with tracking information.

I checked the Shipped(Completed) order status email and I don’t see any issue with it. Tracking Widget is successfully added in the Shipped(Completed) email.

Hi @alexandreepicerie,
I tested it with Astra theme and the restriction message appears on product page. Maybe, It’s the conflict issue with other plugins. can you try to deactivate all plugins except the CBR and WooCommerce and check it again.
