Please synch the shipping provider list and check again.
To sync your providers list, click on the sync providers list from the top right option in the shipping providers list, this will open the sync popup.

We can’t change the tracking link to https://www.hfd.co.il/%d7%90%d7%99%d7%aa%d7%95%d7%a8-%d7%97%d7%91%d7%99%d7%9c%d7%94/ so we change it to https://www.hfd.co.il, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

we checked this on our development store but we can’t replicate any issue on our store.
Maybe you have a conflict with another plugin. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

Orders is not in trash. Order status is not available so orders is not dislayed.
In your database open the wp_options table and find the “wc_ast_status_updated_tracking” option in this table and change the value to 1 and check the Fulfillment WorkFlow section in the AST Settings.
