Yes because of the wrong tracking code TrackShip returns the “unknown”.

Xpressbees does not add the tracking information to the AST shipment tracking meta.
You can request the integration with?Xpressbees integration on?AST’s?features board, when you post your request, please provide as much details as you can about the nature of the integration and how Xpressbees integrates with WooCommerce.

Please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the providers list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and from the top-right, click on Sync Providers icon.

Navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers and you can find all the shipping providers here.

We don’t have an integration with Xpressbees.
Maybe Xpressbees first change the order status to Shipped(Completed) and than add tracking information to orders so the tracking info does not go with the email.
Can you please share the order details page screenshot with order notes so I can check it?

In reply to: [Advanced Shipment Tracking for WooCommerce] Shipping ProvidersYou can not add custom shipping provider using the AST Free. You will need to upgrade to AST PRO to add custom shipping provider.
Maybe you have conflict with another plugins. Try to deactivate all other plugins except the AST and WooCommerce and check again.

We updated the tracking URL of DTDC to AST’s shipping providers list, please sync the shipping providers list to update the information on your store.
To sync the provider’s list, navigate to WooCommerce > Shipment Tracking > Shipping Providers, and from the top-right drop-down menu, click on Sync Providers.

No, there is not a way to resend the the completed order status email.
You can change the order status to processing and after that change to completed to completed order status email will trigger again.

We are not sending the email, email is sending by the WooCommerce. We just added the tracking information to the order status emails.
