Thanks Ben, glad to hear it works.
Hi,
My mistake – I have fixed the issue, available in version 1.1.1. Please let me know on this forum if this corrects the issue.
Cheers,
ZThe original question has been resolved – under version 1.1.0 there are now 3 sizing options.
Regarding the unrelated issue raised by gab1982, there is no support at this stage for template tags. Part of the reason is I am not sure of the best approach for this. At present, the settings are contained in each widget. If you are using a template tag, the choice of featured product would have to be made somewhere else (possibly as an argument to the template tag). It is also possible that with version 3.8 of WP e-Commerce, you could use the new custom-post types for products to achieve this.

ZHi,
Just to let you know this functionality has been added in version 1.1.0.

ZHi,
I updated the plugin to support 3.8 over the last weekend, however there appears to be a www.ads-software.com bug that means the “Last Updated” date is not showing this latest update. Version 1.1.0 has support for both 3.7 and 3.8.

In reply to: plugins.svn.www.ads-software.com update script does not update dateHi,
Same problem for https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/wp-e-commerce-featured-product/.
I’m using tagging to indicate the stable version.
Please let me know if I’m doing something wrong.
Thanks.
ZHi,
Unfortunately it is not currently compatible with WP-eCommerce 3.8. WP-eCommerce changed their table structure, and now use custom posts for their products. I plan to update this plugin shortly to support 3.8 while remaining backwards compatible.
Regards,
ZThanks for the feedback, I’ll definitely consider that for the next release.
Hi,
Sorry for not picking up this thread earlier – seems I haven’t been receiving email updates.
Do you mean that you want to display the full size image in the widget? I can look into adding an option for this, although it is perhaps not a common usage (usually the full size product image is a lot larger, and would mess up the sidebar in which the widget resides).
Cheers,
Z
