Yes, the problem seems to be solved since the update to WP 4.3.2.

3 January 2016, i received notification email (File change detected)
BUT no scan results

10 January 2016, i received notification email (File change detected)
WITH complete scan results

The only thing that happened between these 2 dates was the automatic update to WP 4.3.2.

The “/home/fran… is partially displayed, with 3 dots and no ending “. Is this normal ?

Found a topic about same issue :
Can’t view file scan results

I checked the MySQL variable max_allowed_packet :
max_allowed_packet : 1048576 (1Mo)

But I use your plugin (older version) on another site (same shared hosting) with same max_allowed-packet value, and on this site I can see scan results, I have no “save_scan_data_to_db()” error in log file.

So not really sure that errors come from a value too small for the variable ‘max_allowed_packet’…

Also, I noticed that the first Error appeared on Day one of plugin installation :

No, I have no cache plugin installed.
My plugins (last version for all):
– All In One WP Security
– Contact Form 7
– MailPoet Newsletters
– Simple Yearly Archive
– Vertical Scroll Recent Post
– WPBakery Visual Composer

I activated the Twenty Fifteen theme to test if this was a theme conflict. As soon as I click the button to perform a manual file change detection scan, I got an email but the summary of the scan results is still EMPTY.
So it seems that’s not a conflict with my theme.
Maybe with one of the plugin ?

I’ll try to desactivate plugins and do some tests.
Just to be sure:
If I desactivate (not delete) a plugin in WP, will I lost the plugin setup ?
I’d like to avoid bad surprises ??

I didn’t find any fix for this bug (as you can see, no one answered to my post).
I’ve been looking for others plugins, and i found “Fancybox for WordPress” ! It works perfectly on all browsers !

I thought i was alone, but i have the same problem on IE7 and IE8.
The navigation seems to be disturbed.
