We wish we could. We have been searching and have posted alot on here with no response. This is sad cause we paid for this service and it was a waste of money for we can’t get a refund….

I do not think this plugin is supported any more. We have had issue after issue and emailed and emailed and emailed this page and support. No one ever responds. we lose alot of money on shipping with this plugin.

I don’t think anyone watches this thread. I am still waiting for my issues with this app. Customers are angry cause the shipping is as much as the product.

This one shows the different options, But when we choose 5 lip balms it charges the customer like 14 dollars to send. Thats not correct because we can use a bubble wrap envelope.. If we click on media mail at the bottom and allow a retail shipping method it gives two prices and we end up losing money on the shipping because of course the customer will pick the cheapest cost.. How can we fix this?
