nothing is linking to my products

This is what my Products > Categories look like

When I go to appearance > menus

I only see SOME of the categories that I made going through Woocommerice > Products > Cat.

When I went to edit products > on the side “Product Categories” I clicked 1000g but none of them will link to my actual menu.

so this is my issue. I cant seem to get my products to link to my menu.

I restored “Shop” page. That is the only “page” I really need right now.

I now went to categories and created a few categories. Beans > 1000g, 500g, etc.

I now want to link these to my menu.

I went into Pages, deleted everything.

I went to Apperance > Menu > deleted everything

I am now under Woocommerce > Products > Categories

I created some but I do not see it on my shop now. https://www.coffeebasitoni.com

The menu was created by creating pages then linked them through Appearance > Menus

When I try creating through woocommerce, it does not show on my menu

I tried both!

So I am basically trying to have my main menu to be

Shop
>Beans
>Drinks

So what I am doing is going to Products > Categories and I created Beans.

Now I went to Appearance > Menu, and tried to make Beans a sub parent to Shop but it doesn’t seem it work.

Thanks so much! Could I ask you of one more favour?

1) How do I expand my menu, It says Shop, but I want to build a sub category where it could say, Coffee, Beans, Drinks, Food, etc.

2) I am trying to categories the product so when you type in beans you will get the products that are tagged as beans but its not working.
