I’m having this exact same issue as well. When I update the order to “Completed”, I get a HTTP ERROR 500. Any support for this?

@piratepenpen – It helped me out in the fact that I know my store is not working properly but the issue still remains.

I apologize, I’m trying to explain what currently happens in my store with the two options of having capture immediately checked or un-checked.

1) Capture charge immediately is checked:
Submission > Pending Payment > Completed (it skips Processing)

2) Capture charge immediately is un-checked:
Submission > Pending Payment > On Hold > Processing (I have to manually do this) > Completed

Option #1 I cannot use because it skips processing and my products do not get fullfilled/shipped. Option #2 is frustrating because I have to manually hit “Process this order” for it to continue to the “Processing” stage.

Ok. So just so I understand this clearly. The process should be working correctly with the check box checked: “Capture charge immediately”. In theory, this should be sending orders to “Processing” and not “Completed” as what my store is doing. So I need to diagnose why when I have that box checked, are orders by-passing “Proessing”?

But the “Capture charge immediately” is only for downloadable/virtual products, so I can’t use this option. So my only choice is have orders go to hold?

Can I do something like this as a workaround?

By default, are orders supposed to go directly to “Hold” or “Processing” ?

Right now the order is:

Submission > Pending Payment > Hold > (manually click) Processing > Completed.

I need it to be:

Submission > Pending Payment > (automatic go to) Processing > Completed.

My product is not virtual/downloadable.

@danieliser – You are correct. I looked and “Don’t load Popup Maker core stylesheet” is indeed checked. I tried to “uncheck” it, click Save Changes, and it reverts back to being checked everytime. I am unable to uncheck that box and save changes. Any idea why this is?
