Strange.. I had no such option at the time.. now it was the only option..
Then it said the profile was private (which it was not) but now it suddently works…

Which will I need to add in order to have the ratings shown?

Could it possibly be, that it counts from facebook, everytime someone sees the shared post, but without actually clicking the link?

Same problem here..
My two latest posts have 0 views…
My analytics (piwik) says 14 and 46 respectively…

The oldest of these posts are from oktober 19.

I suppose it works, but I just get my post listed with no line breaks, no thumbnails or anything…

Simply goes like this:

Maybe they solution is just to add a field to the widget settings.
Just like can exclude post IDs, Category IDs and Author IDs, you should be able to exclude languages..

That would solve it the way I’m using it at least, since a have a widget for every language.

About the counts that doesn’t seem so..
My listing is:

A-dl – 5 views/day
B-dk – 3
B-en – 2
C-en – 2
C-dk – 2

B has different counts…

never the less, this was a suggestion for improvement later on if you like ??
I think the issue may resolve itself more or less when I get more articles, as long as I don’t get too many languages =)

No simply just leave out every post not in the chosen language.

As the link is for english, it should display the (5) most popular posts in english and nothing else..

Not it lists every post (since they have individual view counts). They look the same, cause polylang still choses the english title, even though the count for one of them is the danish one.

Polylang works without making a multi site.
For every post, you can add one (or more) as translation and apply a language for that. When a visitor selects a language, it shows only posts in that language.

Not the most popular posts is one in danish, which should not be shown on the english site.

And the 2nd-5th is only two different posts but in two different languages..

See where I’m going?

Btw another problem with the plugin and Polylang.

Now my top 5 most popular posts are

They show multiple times, since they are different posts because of languages, even though they are kinda the same.

Ideally the post in other languages than the one selected should not be shown.

Is there a fix for that already, or will it maybe come? ??
