Final Welcome Email not sent for unknown reasons

    On my main page, visitors can subscribe (opt-in) to my newsletter, in exchange I offer a promo code, I put this promo code in the “Final Welcome Email”.

    Here is a list of what works and don’t work:

    – Visitor type their email in the form. (it works)
    – They click to confirm. (it works)
    – They are added to my audience on my mailchimp account (it works)
    – The Final Welcome Email is sent (it worked before but it does not work anymore, even though I did not change any settings since)

    I have checked that all the options related to the Final Welcome Email on the form builder are active.

    For some unknown reasons, the Final Welcome Email is not sent anymore and I have no idea how to solve this, as I have a free plan, which is enough for me, I can’t have access to mailchimp support.

    Does someone faced this issue before? or have any idea where I can investigate?

    Hi @gregc16, thanks for reaching out. The scenario you’re describing is outside the functionality of the plugin, and it would be best suited for the support team at Mailchimp to review. They would be able to access your account and investigate further. You can reach out to their customer service team via this support link even if you’re on the free plan. You should be able to chat with them and take things from there.
