Add mailto to button

    Hello,

    I’m trying to add a “mailto” to the button, but the format change automatically to https://. Any way to do what I need?

    On the other hand, can I remove the X button to close the windows?

    Regarding the ”mailto” in the button, I’ll check with the team and get back to you as soon as possible.
    As to the ”X” button – sure thing! You can remove the button from both desktop and mobile from the welcome bar settings.
