Legacy API issue with HPOS enabled

We recently switched to HPOS. However, our backend connects to LinnWorks and their Order Retrieval feature stopped working. Testing suggests that GET https://#########.com/wc-api/v3/orders/118574 does not work. However, GET https://fanzone.stalbanscityfc.com/wp-json/wc/v3/orders/118574 works. The issue is that LinnWorks advise that their global client base use the Legacy API and they understood that WooCommerce should still support these endpoints.

Do you have Compatibility Mode enabled with HPOS?
The legacy API has been deprecated for several years, so, quite naturally, it was not prioritized while testing HPOS. But, it should work with compatibility mode enabled per a comment from one of our developers on a post regarding the future of the legacy API.
