Using a tag to link with a url

  • Instead of collecting all the posts by clicking on a certain tag I was wondering if a tag can be used to go to a url or go straight to a plain page in the site. Like the tag is just a hyperlink.

    Can I use a function for it?

    Something like … if is_tag (communication) get_url (https://) …
    Php is new for me, can someone help me out.’

    ps: the taxonomy is used in a custom post type
