Can't change settings

    Using wordpress 3.9 on two different installs on two different hosts and i can’t seem to able to change the settings of this the plugin.
    When i click on the Live chat in de admin toolbar i’m taken to the settings page where i can fill in about four fields but this disappears after a couple of seconds.
    I’m presented then with a page that says “Tidio Live Chat settings” but the settings link goes nowhere.

    Any suggestion how to change the settings?
