    @yongke – Sorry for the delay, not sure why I didn’t get emails for these. Simply adding the correct class even to a non # link will do the trick. Typically I would recommend that anyways so that if the user has JS disabled they can still click the link.

    If its not working likely you don’t have the popup set to load on that page using the “Targeting Conditions” settings panel. Be sure its targeted to any page you want it available on. So if its on the main menu, then you need to do it on Entire Site.
