Cannot Set Company Logo Error

What version of the plugin are you using?
Do you have database access?

Hi, latest version of plugin and wp.
As it turns out it only does not work on staging environment.
My host is Siteground, automatic staging url created by Siteground is like this: staging1.domain.com
I hope that helps in some way.

PS: A great feature would be to have seperate fields for ‘Ship to’, ‘Return to’, ‘Invoice by’ and ‘Invoice to’.
I currently have to edit the template to achieve this, that way my invoices double as packing slips when folded correctly.

Are you sure you are using this plugin? We do not have ‘Return to’ and ‘Invoice by’ fields and also no Packing Slips yet.

Hello! I have the same problem:

after uploading my logo to the media library and pasting my url, I get the following error when trying to save:
“Company logo not found. Upload the image to the Media Library and try again.”

it used to work fine for a year, and then when i went in to change the company address this problem happened.

Had the same issue

Logo file name must not contain any space.

But when I use a Logo (150×150), my Company Name does not show up any more. Is it the expected behavior?

The PDF invoice will either show the company logo or the company name, not both. Does this answers your question?

As I was not really pleased with the standard invoice layout, I have created my own invoice layout from your default php files in order to get a standard invoice layout, with Logo/company name/company address at the left top of the invoice, the title “Invoice” in the center of the invoice, etc

I also have made an update of the french translation, for the invoice itself only, not for backend.

Of course, I can provide you with the php files and the .po french translation.
