If I need uninstall the SEO Facebook Comment plugin in what way I can save all comments that were written through this plugin and use them as usual wordpress comments?
I deactivated SEO Facebook Comment plugin and saw all comments in my admin page. But there is no one comment that was written via this plugin in the posts or pages.
In what way does these comments saved in WP MySQL base?
Why when did I deactivate plugin they didn’t work like usual wordpress comments?

SEO facebook comments plugin is not working anymore starting with 9 August 2016.
I have entered in my developer.facebook.com acound and I see this:
“The oldest supported version of the Graph API for your site is v2.0, which will be deprecated on Monday, August 8, 2016. If your app has been making recent API calls against v2.0, please migrate all calls to v2.1 or higher in order to avoid potential broken experiences.”
I bet this is not a coincidence. Probably you need to update your plugin from FB api 2.0 to 2.1

]]>I tried switching one of our sites over to all SSL for security (pages load with https://) but the stylesheet for the plugin is loading insecurely (with https://). Firebug reports:

Is there any way to correct that? The comments do load though so I don’t get the fatal error others have reported.

Great plugin! I love how low it puts the barrier for commenting.
One issue for us, however:
A lot of our traffis is mobile. Most phone users don’t use facebook in their browser but with the native facebook apps. Because of that they are not logged in to facebook in their browser.
Basically that means most mobile users will realistically never comment, because signing in to facebook in your browser is too cumbersome.
As mobile is getting more and more important for other websites, anyone has experience on how to allow these users to comment easily?

This plugin is breaking the layout of one of my posts, but seems fine for the others. Very strange. It’s not only not displaying the facebook comments section, it’s also getting rid of the sidebar.
Disabling the plugin makes it all look fine again, but I’d rather have it enabled again!
Here’s the error it’s giving me …

I’m fairly new to wordpress so I purchased a template site to use and it seemed to have come preinstalled/precoded with Facebook comments only. After testing comments I found they weren’t appearing in my wordpress admin panel, nor anywhere on my Facebook. I thought this solution would solve my problem, but after installing the app the comment section appears to have disappeared completely from my site.
Where have I gone wrong?
]]>Hello, I already have JS SDK initialized by other means, so I need SEO Facebook Comments to not print his own JS SDK initialization code (the FB.init … stuff). I previously modded the plugin to do so, but every time a new version is out, I have to hack in it and put the option.
Could you please add an option to skip the echo of the JS SDK initialization code?

Very few of the problems reported by users over the last months have been resolved.
Once this was the best Facebook Comments plugin available.
Hopefully the author will find time to update soon.

]]>In my experience SEO Facebook Comments is the best plugin of its kind. I have been using it for almost 2 years without problems – but I ran into a problem when installing WordPress Social Comments yesterday.
SEO Facebook Comments would seem to conflict with WP Social Comments, which is blocked and doesn’t work at all.
The other Facebook Comments plugins don’t conflict and allow WP Social Comments to work perfectly.
The error message I get from the Facebook app when using SEO Facebook Comments is as follows:
Oops! We ran into an issue. Unspecified error. ξ Confilict detected. Facebook SDK is already loaded by another package. Initialization failed, exit.
Unless I can debug this problem, I will be forced to deactivate SEO Facebook Comments and use a “second-best” version!
Please advise how to resolve this conflict.

Now I am able to see the plugin asking comments in each post bottom, I gave one comment and clicked post to facebook so it got posted to my page.
But When I commented for the same post in my facebook page, its not getting reflected in my blog.
