1st step: Installation was quick and easy as expected.
2nd step: enable the up load function in product site, right column / under picture
3rd: check all upload setting.

Result.
Does not working. Nothing is shown….

I downloaded the free one. I seen on the right side column the pro features. Decided to buy the pro version for 35Euro. Installed it and it did not do what was promised in the initial description of the free version. Deception comes when you believe it can do everything the solicitation reads on the free version. I was forced to buy the extension for another 35Euro. You guys are real wankers. Forced to buy two parts.

Though I’d give this a shot… an hour later uninstalled it.
Couldn’t get this to work.

From the Installation instruction:
Installed as per any other plugin…
point 5. “Go to a product and select the “Enable” checkbox under “Upload Files” (normally below your product images)”
Fine, found it in the Product Edit Page and Ticked it and
Nothing… There is nowhere I can see where a visitor can upload a file.

Looked for documentation and what I found was so far out of date it might have been written for a different plugin.

I thought I paid for an unlimited license but it is just for One-year license. There was no descriptive information on the site. my license key is invalid now . i paid 35+15= 50 euro for file upload licenses.I’m thinking I cheated. Just stay away this plugin seller!!!

This plugin does exactly what I need for it to do. The only reason why I did not give it a five star was because it only allows you to upload AFTER the checkout. I did understand this when I first decided to use this plugin… but when I tested it in Sandbox mode, thats when I realized how many extra steps it took to upload it afterwards versus being able to upload it during the check out process.

Also, it took me a while to figure out where to find the document on my end. I read through the instructions but could not find where we should go to find the document the customer uploaded. I did eventually figure it out.

The plugin is great and does it’s job, I did have some good ideas to improve it, I ordered the paid version hoping the dev would add some of my cool ideas, not very interested in adding them.

Plugin works but it’s the first one I have bought that stops working after 12 months and expects you to pay again.

It makes me not want to use it on a live site.

The reason why its bad: One CANNOT DELETE FILES! And that makes the plugin utterly useless. One can only upload 1 file and what if one uploads the WRONG file by mistake…

I mean, either dont offer the free version, or offer a free version without getting too smart and technical on catching people out. Spent time installing and trying… could have saved an hour.

Pay the PRO or nothing.

Does not work Woo Commerce 2.3.7 and WordPress 4.1.1 All plugins are up to date. this is the only plug in causing issues. (nothing is customized)
No core WP files have been changed. It’s just a standard basic Woo commerce WordPress site.
Purchased Pro Version in May 2014 Not very happy. Can not log into to new Support website to update or get support with the original registered email and original password does not work either. Typing here was a last resort after getting the run around for more than an hour searching help files that just go round in a circle on the Support website.

Support is the greatest, and fastest Ive ever know!
Bart is a Genius, and I love this plug in, however due to me not understanding a few things I was having issues getting it to work, ( my fault) However it’s a fabulous Plug in.

I really needed the option to upload a file that could be integral with woocommerce, the gravity forms option was not ideal and many of the other plugins that I found appeared to be very basic.

Although I had problems getting Upload My File to work how I needed it, I was quite wary in posting my problems on the support forum as the response time seemed to be quite long. However, as I had purchased the Pro version, the support was almost immediate.

The extra options in the paid version outweighed the free version massively but most of all, the quick support was top notch and the plugin was working on my site the way I wanted within a matter of hours.

At first I thought the plugin didn’t work, however I finally noticed that the check box was on the right side of the products page.

Then, I couldn’t see where you upload artwork during the checkout process, however lo and behold there it was on the thank you for ordering email. Nice Job!

I really love this plugin. Everything works fine with WooCommerce. I only wish I could do more uploads per product, but only in the paid version. ??
