I’m having issue setting up FB and Google for social login. I’m being asked by YITH to provide admin access to my site to help resolve issue. I believe social login is an important feature for my site but as a non-technical site owner, I’m feeling unease with this request. Can I get some justification and consensus that such ask is normal in the industry? Thanks in advance.

I am using Elementor do develop the store, and I inserted the yith shortcode in the checkout page [yith_wc_social_login]

After doing that, it crashed the page and Elementor, and I cannot edit the page anymore.
Basically, the shortcode is crashing the whole page.

It throws the following error:

Past month I am configured Google login. It was working fine. But from last week it not works.

Today I generated new OAuth 2.0 Client IDs and configured on this plugin still get this error message.

Hi, we are testing the Social Login plugin before buying it and have 4 issues, please help!

1- Google login is not working, it’s showing this error message: “error 400: redirect_uri_mismatch – The redirect URI in the request does not match the ones authorized for the OAuth client.” – but we set everything correctly!

2 – How can I increase the width distance between the logos?

3 – In checkout the option to register with social is shown in a opened WC message, it’s not user friendly and it should be only a writen text above the icons.

4 – In the logged out user “my account” page, under registration, how can we change the text above the icons? It shows the same message of the one under the log in. That can not be since it should be a message like: “register with:” and the other one (under log in) should continue as it is: “log in with:”

When I go to the checkout page, I see two YITH Social Logins:
1. First “login” is already on the page.
2. The second one appears with standard login container, when you click on the text “To enter click here.”

Just want to hide first one and couldn’t find its directory.

I keep getting errors in those login configuration attempts. The plugin version is 1.4.6

[Facebook] After the user finishes his login in the Auth screen, I keep seeing a blank page with this URL: https://mywebiste/wp-admin/#_=_ and after refreshing the page, the login happens normally. But this is a bad UX.

[Google] When I click in the Google icon to login, I keep downloading a file that says: HybridAuth End Point.

i have a problem with Google login. Everything seems to work until the callback is called.

Let me explain: i click on the G logo to login, it sends me to Google Login, i do the login to Google process and then it send me back to my website to this url (i’m hiding my client site url):

YITH- Customize Your Account is a great plugin. However, I am having an issue when the user role is ‘customer’ the user-profile icon shows. When the user role is changed to ‘vendor’ it doesn’t show any profile picture or upload hover. Please help.

On the inspecting element it shows the following coding. Notice the img src being empty when the user role is vendor else it shows a default man

I can`t waste anymore time on this…

. deleting the app
. creating a new app in LinkedIn Developers Account
. reinstall the plugin
. clear cache
. other browsers
. created new LinkedIn company page
but nothing helps.
